"After spending months trying to get issues corrected with Ryan’s office, I had to leave a review. His staff is friendly, but they frequently mess things up and do not return calls or messages/texts through the State Farm app. I’ve never been able to speak directly with Ryan or meet him after using his office for over a year after our wonderful original agent left. We were charged for an auto premium for months after the car was considered totaled by State Farm in a hit and run and we had requested for the policy to be cancelled - then they listed us “at fault” in the national database in error and wouldn’t acknowledge or correct it until we spoke with someone at the national call center. They then opened a home owners policy when we already had a renters policy for the same address and aren’t home owners. Now they are dragging their feet issuing reimbursements for a policy we never asked to be opened and not returning calls. I’ve had to call the national call center weekly to get this all fixed as we haven’t gotten anywhere with this office. It was fine for a couple years but if you have issues - don’t expect a call back or quick correction, and keep an eye on your bill for surprise errors."
